Details Accounts Receivable Specialist Key Responsibilities Manage
customer onboarding, invoicing, payment processing, and account
maintenance Investigate and resolve billing issues with accuracy
and attention to detail Handle collections with professionalism,
persistence, and strong communication skills Process credits,
deposits, and reconcile transactions accurately Review supporting
documents for vendor collections Maintain up-to-date and accurate
customer records Compile and reconcile invoice and credit data for
reporting Protect confidential information and uphold data
integrity Collaborate with logistics, operations, and customer
service teams Take on additional tasks and special projects as
needed Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume
accounts receivable and invoicing Strongly preferred: Experience
with QuickBooks Online Proven success in collections within a
fast-paced, mid-size organization Strong analytical,
organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent
communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive,
etc.) Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and stay
