Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Home Loan Processor Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 4 months Location: Dublin, CA As a Home Loan Processor you will: The ideal candidate will have: Minimum Qualifications Must have HS Diploma/GED Two (2) years' experience processing home mortgage loans Proficient in MS applications, including TEAMS, Word, and Outlook Essential Duties Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete and accurate Calculate income, review bank statements, verify member credit, employment, and reserves. Order additional documentation to complete loan file Communicate with various companies to obtain Property Report, Flood Certificate, Title Commitment, and payoff information Delivers completely documented file to the underwriter which is ready for approval or denial Ensures all files are complete and in compliance within RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg B (all mortgage related regulations) and internal policies Manage pipeline by reports within established turn-around time Serve as primary point of contact for applications in process Provide members with timely and periodic status updates of their loan application Communicates professionally with members and vendors, as evidenced by outstanding member survey ratings Functional Competencies Working knowledge of loan processing, calculating debt ratios, reviewing financial documents Knowledge of conventional underwriting guidelines and regulatory statutes concerning residential real estate lending Experience dealing directly with third-party vendors, demonstrating both excellent written and verbal skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with team members at all levels Maintain professionalism at all times Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
