Support Coordinator Were looking for a motivated and
detail-oriented Client Services & Support Coordinator to manage
scheduling, coordinate service delivery, and track support
activity. This role supports clients and internal teams by ensuring
smooth, accurate, and efficient IT service operations. Key
Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries and support requests
promptly. Manage service calendars and customer database. Track and
update support tickets, documentation, and reports. Generate and
present service delivery reports. Collaborate with staff, vendors,
and management for efficient service. Assist with process
improvements and identifying business opportunities. Skills &
Qualifications Strong communication (written and verbal) and
follow-up skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and
general business software. Experience in customer service or admin
roles. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Typing speed: 60 WPM. Some college preferred (AA or Bachelors).
