Marketing Coordinator - Office Manager - Real Estate OfficeFull-time position available for a professional, highly energetic person to manage daily office operations for a luxury Marin real estate office in San Rafael. Assist agents with marketing coordination of their property listings. This job requires the ability to multitask and learn multiple industry specific programs. Fast tech-savvy learner required. This is not a training position to become a real estate agent.Required

  • Professional and personable demeanor in-person and on the phone as reception duties are part of the position.
  • Computer savvy, able to use Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook at an advanced level
  • Detail oriented as very specific information will be entered into multiple programs.
  • Discreet - Able to multitask and prioritize
  • Great writing skills and spelling to proof property descriptions and other data
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good judgment
  • Office facility oversight and supply ordering
