build highways, bridges, public works, underground utilities and
site development projects around CA. You can have a role with a

have excavation, underground utilities, site concrete and asphalt
paving operations experience. Employee Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary $140K-$160K, DOE ESOP Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits
401k with company match Company Vehicle Paid vacation, sick time,
and holidays Annual bonus program Required
Experience/Skills/Qualifications: 5 years’ experience in heavy
civil construction with an emphasis in private site development,
public works, heavy highway, and Underground Utilities (storm,
sewer, water) Experience with CalTrans preferred Experience with
managing mass excavation, underground utilities, paving, and site
concrete projects Microsoft Office Suite HCSS (Heavybid Software),
Agtek, and Primavera P6 preferred 4-year degree in a relevant field
Negotiated project experience preferred, including technical
