Responsibilities:
--- Maintain regular communication with dispatch, your manager, and parts departments throughout the day
--- Ensure the company truck is consistently clean both inside and out
--- Keep the truck inventory updated and well-organized at all times
--- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner
--- Present yourself in a clean and professional manner while representing the company positively
--- Uphold a clean driving record and adhere to safe driving practices
--- Participate actively in training programs to enhance your professional growth
--- Obtain and maintain required certifications with support from the company

Qualifications:
Job Qualifications for HVAC Service Technician in Vacaville, CA, US:
--- Experience of 5+ years in performing residential HVAC installs is preferred
--- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and late shifts as required
--- Commitment to undergoing additional training to enhance skills continuously
--- Desire to progress within the company

About Company:
President and CEO John Neuman started his heating and air conditioning career after graduating from Utica High School in Michigan. Shortly after graduating, he met his wife of 23 years and moved to sunny California. He was hired on with a local Solano-based heating and air conditioning company and worked his way up to general manager. After 12 years of dedicated service, he found the company unwilling to adapt or change and had lost the values of customer service.
