• Director of Product Management for Coach Training Director of Product Management for Coach Training Co-Active Training Institute is looking for an experienced product manager to hold and evolve our pathway of Co-Active Professional Coaching products across the globe. The ideal candidate is purpose-driven, brings a deep understanding of the Professional Development market, has experience with varying business models, and loves to collaborate with a global team. The role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer alongside the Director of Product Management for Leadership pathway. The Co-Active Professional Coach pathway is widely recognized as the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry. As the largest and most established professional coach training organization in the world, CTI has trained over 65,000 coaches, including employees in more than a third of the Fortune 100 companies. Primary Goals
  • Cultivate organizational alignment on product vision, strategy, and execution
  • Bring decisive clarity and prioritization for product investment and go-to-market
  • Foster deep market insight and customer empathy throughout the business Responsibilities and Duties
    • Define and actualize long term product vision and strategy
    • Steward product prioritization for sustaining and new product development
    • Partner with Faculty and Design for ongoing product enhancements
    • Partner with Marketing and Sales on product positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging
    • Cultivate learning through customer empathy, business metrics, and market research
    • Establish a discipline of product management as we continue to grow and innovate

      • Are experienced in collaborating with globally distributed teams that are mostly remote
      • 10+ years experience in Agile Product Management for organizations of a similar size
      • 5+ years experience in the Professional Development market
      • Experience managing product P&L and portfolio management
      • Track record of leading multiple products from ideation to launch at a global scale
      • Experience with a variety of different business models
      • Certified Scrum Product Owner and/or Scrum Master
      • Hands-on experience in business analysis, market and customer research
      • Passion and empathy for helping others grow their leadership through coaching Preferred Requirements
