This community is located in San Rafael, CA, and provides a full continuum of care that has been designed with purpose driven features and amenities. The Executive Director is the key leader at Aldersly and is responsible for executing the strategic plan of the community, including the implementation of the LCS Signature Programs.Aldersly Life Plan community with 57 Independent Living homes, 30 Assisted Living units, and a 20 unit Heath Center.Thinking about future growth? The future of senior living starts today.The Role:Assist in preparing annual operating budget; monitor expenditures specific to their departmental oversight to provide specified services within budget.Have a general understanding of financial ratios and have the ability to make changes as the financial ratios dictate.Work directly with the Executive Director to maintain quality services for residents in all levels of care at the level established by the CL and consistent with LCS standards.Marketing & Sales Leadership:Responsibility for overall sales/occupancy resultsUnderstand and have the ability to influence sales cultureHold sales teams accountable to utilization of sales systems and standardsLead and contribute to sales, marketing and business development strategySpecific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:At least 5+ years of management experience in a life care community.Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and RCFE certifications preferred. At a minimum must meet the eligibility requirements under applicable state specific law to obtain these certifications.The technical knowledge required is best obtained through a BS or MS degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or closely related area.Ability to work effectively with a variety of publics, including residents, owners, community groups, government agencies, etc.A broad understanding of federal and state laws related to the operation of the community.Ability to effectively supervise staff members and to work cooperatively as part of a team.Why LCS?Industry leader.
