Client Service Manager will assist the Wealth Advisor by providing
service and support to clients for the San Rafael, CA offices. This
position is an integral part of ensuring every aspect of client
accounts are set up accurately and properly maintained. This role
will provide on-going service and support that exceeds the client's
expectations. What To Expect
- Become client's primary point of contact for any
service-related items
- Maintain an accurate and complete database of client
information in FSC
- Anticipates the needs of the Advisor and client to provide
world-class service
- Attend A+ and A reviews and all prospect meetings with Advisor,
as needed
- Work with DOFI to schedule review meetings including CPA,
Insurance and Estate planning reach-outs as necessary
- Update eMoney &/or CX in conjunction with the advisor
- Schedule prospect prep-work including mastery of the lead to
prospect process and follow-ups as necessary in coordination with
Advisor
- Coordinate and process all money movement, strategy changes and
paperwork for existing clients and prospects, with the DOFI as
necessary
- Complete mastery of Carson internal systems including but not
limited to CX, Digital Allocation Tool, eMoney Decision Center,
FSC, Orion, TD Ameritrade/Schwab and Fidelity websites
- Make outgoing calls with DOFI/Advisor for all client
appreciation events, prospect events and educational seminars as
required
- Schedule Client Reviews and quarterly touch base calls for all
A+ and A clients as required and in conjunction with the
advisor
- Work with Advisor on random acts of kindness for all
clients
- Provide office management and phone support, as needed
- Other duties, as assigned What You Need
- Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (i.e. Orion, FSC,
CX, etc)
- Minimum of 1-3 years in Securities Industry
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word,
Access, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision
- Genuine interest in learning and growing relationships with
clients and prospects
- Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service
orientation
