Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Executive to manage multiple clients/funds and oversee our fund accounting operations including managing client's expectations, staff timetables and client profitability. This person will have a hands-on management style with strong leadership skills. They will assist our clients to take accurate financial decisions in regards to their organization.Duties and Responsibilities

• Strategize with top management to develop and expand fund accounting services.
• Provide subject matter expertise to clients.
• Provide guidance and train associates as needed. Meet with staff on a regular basis to go over comments and train staff accordingly
• Ensure timeliness of deliverables
• Testing of internal controls and documentation of results as part of the compliance program
• Maintain intimate knowledge of client business model Applies appropriate accounting techniques (consistent with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, GAAP) and standard practices when inputting, tracking, analyzing, reconciling and reporting on their designated accounts of responsibility.
• Oversee all fund accounting client operations in the following areas:
• Audits, edits and posts journals
• Preparation of monthly general ledger journal entries
• Financial inputting, tracking and management, including maintaining of adequate controls.
• Bank reconciliations
• Cash transaction functions by preparing /releasing wires and transfers
• Preparation of capital calls, distributions, and capital statements
• Responding to client investor requests
• Annual audits and tax return preparation
• Preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Month-end closings
• Consolidation of property financial statements
• Reviews property accounting records
