Job Description:
Our Four Points San Rafael is currently seeking an experienced,
knowledgeable Food & Beverage Manager to manage the department up
to brand standards and Owner expectations. Leading the F&B Team
you will help us " craft inspired workplaces that enable all
Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize

Position Responsibilities:
-Management of day to day Food & Beverage operations: restaurant,
bar and banquets
-Able to assist on the line, manage and develop culinary talent
-Ability to maintain guest confidence through prompt and courteous
communication with guests and associates
-Execute B&F to the highest quality of service to guests at all
times
-Select/assist in the selection of hotel associates, completes new
hire paperwork, reviews associate performance and conducts
personnel actions such as disciplinary actions
-Assist in managing aspects of P&L by controlling costs and
achieving budgeted CPOR
-Monitor labor productivity for front of the house and back of the
house
-Train department in all duties and empowerment needed to reach top
performance levels
-Support the sales efforts of the hotel and in generating revenue
opportunities
-Complete inventory, ordering and re-stocking of B&F on daily,
weekly, monthly basis as required
