Job Description:

Fast paced, growing and entrepreneurial organic food wholesaler looking to add to its friendly, cohesive and energetic team. Responsible for the overall integrity of the inventory and distribution network, you will manage the planning, execution and reconciliation of inventory levels at distribution centers as well as throughout the trans-pacific distribution process. - Your top three skills include inventory management, transportation/logistics and analytics. Detail oriented with excellent data analysis skills, you are a self-starter who is looking for a place to grow, build a career and be part of a team where everyone pitches in and egos are left at the door. You pride yourself on your independent thought leadership and influencing skills to drive change and align on cohesive strategies and processes. You will: Manage distribution network to meet business goals and address warehouse's issues. Optimize deliveries' accuracy, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures. Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and minimize and prevent shortages. Have the ability to design and implement an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control. Own inventory reconciliation and support accounting team by addressing inventory discrepancies. Develop and implement strategic plan for 3PL's thru customer fulfillment network to reduce costs and improve supply chain logistics. Drive year end PI and reconcile with accounting, including a year round cycle count program. Partner with the Direct to Consumer and E-comm channels to ensure highest level of service. Manage financial impact of inventory entry, maintenance and reconciliation. You have: 10+ years of proven success in a CPG inventory and logistics. Associate's degree in business or related field, required - Significant ERP and Order Mgmt Experience; knowledge of EDI interface a plus Knowledge of inventory software (knowledge of Sage is a plus). Excellent Excel skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently Generous benefits and hybrid work schedule
