Job Description:
The Global Pricing Strategy team at Visa is responsible for
managing pricing with the objective of driving revenue growth of
Visa's network and adoption of value-added services globally.
Pricing is a critical lever in driving revenue objectives and is
central to Visa's business. The Pricing Strategy team provides
pricing expertise and collaborates with cross-functional teams such
as Client Services, Finance, Legal and more. We are a small but
impactful team that works with leaders and executives to design
pricing solutions and drive revenue growth.The Senior Manager will
lead and execute US deal strategy, initiatives related to Visa's
North America pricing objectives and broader corporate goals. You
will help develop pricing frameworks to support our business on our
most strategic deals. This role requires the ability to apply
strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve business
problems and quickly arrive at recommendations that drive corporate
priorities. Successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, who
is able to excel at quickly grasping and clearly communicating
complex topics.The Senior Manager will report to the Director,
Global Pricing Strategy, and will be based at Visa's
office.Essential Functions:
---8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor
Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree
(e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a
PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
---9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor
Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced
Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience
with a PhD
---Experience and exposure to pricing management within industry
preferred (i.e. software, telecommunications, consumer goods)
---Ability to lead and influence decisions of others, including
leadership team and other partners
---Ability to structure and manage complex cross-enterprise
projects and processes with multiple stakeholders
---Ability to handle multiple project workstreams, with proven
success in synthesizing large data sets related to a wide variety
of functional business problems
---Ability to work independently, usually within a complex and
often ambiguous environment, to build rigorous, fact-bases that
support recommendations to senior management, other executive
management
---Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with
demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
---Proven leader, with experience leading and executing complex,
cross-functional strategic projects
---Strong interpersonal skills with presence and the ability to
clearly communicate compelling messages to senior and executive
management, clients, peers, and team members
---Ability to work with limited direction, usually within a complex
and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based
recommendations to senior and executive management, while
supporting syndication with stakeholders across the
organization
---Eagerness to work intensively in joint teams with personnel of
all levels to accomplish project objectives
---Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling
messages in written and verbal communications
---Proficient in Excel and PowerPointWork Hours: Varies upon the
needs of the department.Travel Requirements: This position requires
travel5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position
will be performed in an office setting. The position will require
the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and
by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as

salary range for a new hire into this position is 142,200.00 to
206,350.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales
incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on
job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills,
experience, and location. In addition, this position may be
eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits
