Ensures the department is operating within the standards and expectations of the administration, state and federal regulatory agencies, and the medical staff in the provision of services as they fit into the patient care requirements. Develops technical policies and procedures for the cross functional groups.Job Description:EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited AMA
program.CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
- ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists
- BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart
AssociationTYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 8 years of recent relevant experience.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of planning, therapy and quality assurance in radiation therapy treatments, including physical, psychosocial, and psychological needs of patients and families.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, and coaching/mentoring with the ability to motivate and engage others.
- Verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates tactical and analytical thinking and planning skills, and is able to develop plan to accomplish objectives, identify obstacles and resolve operational issues.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects while delivering quality service and achieving business results.
- Demonstrates ability to work/interact with a diverse population
while respecting cultural and linguistic differences and fostering

$68.59 to $109.75 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary
above or below the posted range as determined by location. This
range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic
differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.
Compensation takes into account several factors including but not
limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure
and certifications, department equity, training and organizational
needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program
