• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with product management.
• Experience in consumer Machine Learning (ML) product launches.
• Experience directing product improvements within machine learning, AI, or recommendations products.
• Experience with experiment design (e.g., counterfactuals, holdbacks, interpretation, etc.).Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with Generative AI Product Management (e.g., model quality, costing, responsibility, performance, etc.).
  • Experience working with network effect products (e.g., sharing, social, three-sided marketplaces, etc.).
  • Experience with data science, quantitative analysis, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate product outlook, go-to-market strategy, and participate in design discussions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data deeply and generate novel insights to support your strategy.About the jobYouTube Discovery's objective is to improve the viewer experience by helping users find, watch, and enjoy videos.As a Product Manager, you will lead the Notifications Quality roadmap, setting the direction, strategy, and executing successfully.     • Define and advocate a compelling roadmap for Notifications Quality aligned with YouTube's strategy. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy addressing market opportunities, user needs, and competition.
    • Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap balancing short-term and long-term goals. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
    • Lead user research to generate insights that inform investments in Women Discovery.
