Do you have a passion for supporting youth's mental health? So do
we, join our Marin Wraparound Program! We're looking for a Child
and Family Social Worker (MFT, MSW, PCC) to coordinate services and
plan for children who are referred through social service,
probation or mental health departments and are at risk of stepping
up to or returning to institutions from family or family-like
settings. The primary role is to ensure that all parties are
working together toward stability for the child and family. The
Child and Family Social Worker works closely with the youth and
caregivers to ensure that their vision leads the team. ABOUT
WRAPAROUND Seneca's Wraparound programs offer family-centered,
individualized, culturally relevant, and strength-based support to
families with complex and enduring needs. Wraparound works in close
partnership with Department of Family and Children Services,
Juvenile Probation, Behavioral Health, and group homes, providing
strengths-based and outcome-oriented alternatives to group care
placements for children and youth by drawing upon community and
family strengths. Treatment and support services are tailored to
address behaviors and meet family needs, even as they change over
time. Services are provided in the community: in families' homes,
group homes, foster homes, schools, etc. for youth who are at-risk
of being placed in out of home care or are stepping down from a
higher level of care. ABOUT SENECA Seneca Family of Agencies is

families we serve. Responsibilities Facilitation of Child and
Family Planning Meetings, including meeting preparation,
coordinating attendance, facilitation of the meeting, and
maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Provide
non-traditional counseling, therapy, and case management services
to ensure the successful transition of clients and their families
to community based resources. Cultivate and maintain relationships
with community members and providers. Complete comprehensive
assessments, treatment plan of care, mental health notes, Family
Team Meeting notes, and other documentation as necessary. Intervene
with clients' behavior management programs and provide crisis
management as needed. Maintain timely and accurate clinical
documentation and agency-assigned paperwork. Attend team meetings,
weekly trainings, individual and group supervisions and adhere to
clinical best practices. Qualifications REQUIRED Master's degree in
psychology, counseling, or social work required. Eligible to
register with the BBS. Valid CA driver's license and insurable
under Seneca Family of Agencies insurance policy. Clearance of TB
test, fingerprints, and any other mandatory State/Federal licensing
or certification requirements. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and
booster required. PREFERRED Bilingual Spanish/English abilities.
Experience in working with children in out of home care. Schedule
Full-time Flexible schedule required, with the ability to work some
evening and weekend hours as needed. 5 weeks of Paid Time off and
11 Paid Holidays. Benefits Starting at $67,000 to $81,000 per year.
Actual salary is dependent on creditable experience above the
minimum qualifications for the role. Additional $4000 salary
increase upon licensure. Additional compensation provided upon
passing bilingual language proficiency exam. $2000 sign-on bonus!
