Paradigm has more than a decade of experience in helping adolescents and young adults address the mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges that are holding them back.As a Registered Nurse here with Paradigm Treatment you have the opportunity to provide direct patient care to individuals struggling with substance abuse and addiction.As a Registered Nurse Here With Us, You Will:Obtain and record vital signs for patients as needed throughout their duration in residential facility.Plans and delivers nursing assessments and interventions related to medication and psychiatric diagnoses of the patient.Completes pre-admission triage and determines the appropriateness of admission as patients begin their journey here with us.Administers medications to patients consistent with medication policies, practices, and standards that align with organizational standards.Documents in the patient's chart nursing goals, interventions, and clinical outcomes while functioning as an active member of the treatment care planning team.Ensures both patients and employees are protected by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.Exciting Qualities You May Have:Experience with Behavioral HealthPrevious work experience in residential clinical settingPassion for the field of mental/behavioral healthHave previously worked with adolescents/young adults or in a youth-focused environment.Exciting Perks:Gourmet meals provided and cooked by facilities chefs!Opportunity to assist and mentor adolescents and young adults on journey to mental wellness!Growth plan created and tailored to your personal and professional goals to work in the behavioral health field!
