Overview
LifeLong Medical Care has an amazing opportunity for a highly
motivated Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team
providing exceptional primary care services at our William Jenkins
Center (WJC). The ideal candidate must be dedicated to providing
high-quality primary care to patients with complex medical
conditions and passionate about working collaboratively in a team
model of care. As a key member of our team, you will work under the
general supervision of the Associate Medical Director and Center
Manager to provide outstanding clinical care and integrate
whole-person care into our new team model. You will play a critical
role in telephonic and in-person patient triage and chronic care
management. We offer ongoing education and collaboration with
medical and behavioral health providers to ensure optimal health
outcomes for our patient populations. If you are looking for an

is represented by SEIU-UHW. Salaries and benefits are set by a
collective bargaining agreement (CBA), and an employee in this
position must remain a member in good standing of SEIU-UHW, as

Center in Northern California with over 45 years of dedicated
service to the community, LifeLong serves over 66,000 patients in
the East Bay Area's socio-economically underserved regions. We
provide medical, dental, behavioral health, and school-based
services at more than 15 primary care sites across Oakland,
Berkeley, and West Contra Costa County. From opening a residential
respite program for homeless persons discharged from the hospital
to offering free COVID testing to the community, we are innovative

Benefits:Compensation: $82,000-$93,000/year, depending on years
licensed, and excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision
(including dependent and domestic partner coverage), generous leave
benefits including nine paid holidays, Flexible Spending Accounts,
403(b) retirement savings plan, and commuter benefits. Mandatory
