We believe again that something special is possible again, this time with emerging AI technologies.Based on this belief, Supercell is establishing a unique program to enable ambitious, visionary, fearless builders to create novel gaming & gaming-related experiences, using the latest technologies available and developing new ones. We have already started piloting this program in Helsinki. We are adding a location in San Francisco. To start, design, and set up the SF program, we are looking for a leader to drive it all.As the SF AI Innovation Lab leader, you're excited by a blank sheet - you love the ambition, creativity, and responsibility it represents. You're a natural entrepreneur, eager to turn ideas into decisions, actions, and results quickly. You are ready to be hands-on in implementing the program, which aims to launch its first cohort later this year. This is a full-time, on-site role in the San Francisco/Bay Area.Responsibilities

• Shape and contribute to the program vision and design, collaborating with Supercell's AI Lead and partners.
• Execute a pilot based on Helsinki's template.
• Design, set up, and operate a repeatable program with cohorts.
• Manage program resources, including tools, technology, location, and participant support.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and advisory support.
• Organize and execute events like Hackathons and Demo Days.
• Handle program development tasks such as sourcing applicants, scouting locations, budgeting, and recruiting mentors.
• Establish and promote AI innovation values, emphasizing experimentation, high-risk ideas, and long-term thinking.
• Envision and test new programs to support AI innovation across Supercell.Requirements
• Passion and understanding of rapidly developing AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with accelerators or similar programs.
• Experience working with creative concepts and teams.
• A T-Shaped professional with deep skills in AI/tech, startups, gaming, or entertainment, and broad skills across these areas.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: lean, fast, resourceful.
• Strong network in AI, startups, entertainment, or education.
• Proven ability to inspire and mentor innovators and entrepreneurs.
• Experience with startup product creation and understanding user needs.
• Location in SF/Bay Area, full-time during cohorts, hybrid otherwise.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for events and collaborations worldwide.Benefits and CompensationThe salary range for this role is $175,000 - $275,000, complemented by an annual bonus, RSU equity, and 401k.
