Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: California (Multiple Locations) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling About the Opportunity: A mission-driven, collaborative, and growing behavioral health organization is currently expanding their ABA services and is seeking dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children and adolescents with ASD, ADHD, and other developmental needs Provide clinical supervision to BCaBAs and Behavior Interventionists Conduct regular caregiver meetings (in-person or telehealth) to review goals and progress Analyze data, track progress, and adjust behavior plans as needed Train and support staff in implementing effective intervention strategies Maintain a consistent schedule, including afternoon/evening availability Qualifications: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Active BCBA Certification Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable) Authorized to work in the U.S. Strong commitment to client care, collaboration, and results Compensation & Benefits: Sign-on bonus Schedule: Flexible with options to support work-life balance Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance (30 hours/week) 401(k) PTO & Holidays: Paid sick time, vacation, and paid holidays Mileage Reimbursement: for in-home services Wellness Perks: Employee assistance and discount programs Professional Growth Opportunities: Clinical supervision for BCBA, LMFT, and LCSW RBT Certification support CPR & First Aid certification Opportunities to advance post-licensure Interested?
