Job Description:
Required Certs: BLS 10 hours - hour shifts , M-F- no weekends
(700-1730)-10-week assignment ) Follows clearly defined endoscopy
procedures to provide assistance to physicians and other health
care providers for the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and
prevention of injury or disease. Integrates education, technical
competence and patient interaction skills to gain confidence and
cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other
healthcare providers. Supports the functionality of the department
by distributing supplies and performing equipment maintenance,
decontamination and setup as needed. Adheres to all
local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to
ensure privacy and safety to help deliver optimal patient care.
