Clinical Services, you will: • Lead & Support Clinical Teams –
Oversee Directors of Clinical Services, ensuring high-quality care
and regulatory compliance. • Ensure Regulatory Excellence – Stay
ahead of federal, state, and county regulations while maintaining
ACHC accreditation. • Drive Performance & Efficiency – Monitor
clinical operations, optimize processes, and improve financial
performance. • Develop & Mentor Leaders – Provide coaching,
training, and performance management for clinical staff. • Enhance
Quality & Compliance – Lead quality improvement initiatives and
conduct operational audits. • Support Business Growth – Assist with
recruitment, retention, and customer satisfaction initiatives to

looking for an inspiring leader with: • RN License in Good Standing
(Multi-state licensure preferred) • 3 Years of Clinical Home Care
Nursing Experience (Medicare/Medicaid required) • 3 Years of
Leadership Experience (Director-level experience preferred) •
Strong Knowledge of Regulations (Federal, State, ACHC standards) •
Proven Leadership & Coaching Skills – Ability to mentor, develop,
and inspire teams • Operational & Strategic Expertise – Ability to
enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance • Willingness to Travel
– Regular travel required with occasional overnight stays
