Performance Improvement Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Trauma
Performance Improvement Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Full Remote
(Normal business hours) Hours per Shift: 20 guaranteed hours
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Emergency/Critical Care/Trauma
experience required License: Current Valid California RN License
Certifications: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) is required
Must-Have: Minimum of 1 year of performance improvement experience
preferred Description: Seeking a Trauma Performance Improvement
Nurse to support the trauma program. This position is fully remote,
requiring availability during normal business hours. Qualified
candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or
higher. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in
Emergency, Critical Care, or Trauma. Preference will be given to
those with at least 1 year of performance improvement experience. A
current and valid California RN license is required. The Trauma
Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is mandatory. The
Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) is preferred but not
required. There will be the opportunity for up to 36 hours of call
off available during the course of the assignment. Please ensure
