Description: Seeking an experienced Care Coordination Department
Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality,
efficient patient care coordination. Requirements: - Minimum 5
years of prior Care Coordination management/operations experience -
Strong background in Case Management and Utilization Review —
Required - Prior experience working in a union environment —
Required - Expert knowledge of key perioperative standards and
compliance specifications, including: - AORN, ASPAN, AAMI,
Title-22, OSHA, etc. - EPIC EMR experience preferred
