American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for an
Emergency Department day shift position in California requiring a
CA RN license and acute care ED discharge planning experience.
Responsibilities - Position is in an acute care hospital Emergency
Department - Focus on emergency department discharge planning and
utilization review - Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday from
11:00 to 19:00 - No weekend shifts required - EPIC EMR is utilized
for documentation - Responsible for patient initial assessments and
ED discharge planning - Role requires collaboration with
interdisciplinary teams for safe patient transition - No COVID-19
vaccine requirement specified - Eight hour shifts only Requirements
- Active CA RN license required - Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required - Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care
hospital experience required - Strong experience in emergency
department discharge planning and utilization review required -
Experience with EPIC EMR documentation required Benefits - High Pay
