Shift Type: Days Rate: $4,012/40-hours Requirements: Active RN
license in the practicing state. Experience in inpatient case
management, care coordination, and leadership preferred. Strong
clinical, organizational, and communication skills. BLS required;
CCM or case management leadership certification preferred.
Responsibilities: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate case management
staff. Oversee patient assessments, care plans, and discharge
planning. Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and
accreditation standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams,
including physicians, nursing, and social work. Monitor quality
metrics, patient outcomes, and utilization review processes. 5
