Active RN license in the practicing state. Experience in case
management, utilization review, or clinical coordination preferred.
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. BLS
required; CCM or specialty case management certification preferred.
Responsibilities: Assess patient needs and develop individualized
care plans. Review treatment plans, hospital stays, and services
for medical necessity. Collaborate with providers,
interdisciplinary teams, and insurance entities. Educate patients
