Job Description:
Sierra Health and Wellness Centers, a leader in integrative
treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health
disorders, is looking for a dedicated Clinical Services Supervisor
to join our vibrant team. This position involves oversight of
clinical programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality treatment
modalities, aligning practices with regulatory standards, and
fostering a supportive environment for both staff and patients. Our
tailored approach to recovery empowers you to significantly impact
lives, guiding patients through a personalized journey of healing
and recovery. Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance
with state health regulations. Supervise therapeutic and medical
staff, providing mentorship and performance reviews. Monitor and
continuously improve the effectiveness of treatment programs.
Develop and implement policies that enhance patient care and
confidentiality. Coordinate training programs for clinical
personnel. Assess patient care plans and ensure appropriate
execution. Maintain clear records of treatment and compliance with
health standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to
enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction. Strong
leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations
and licensing. Ability to handle high-stress situations and make
critical decisions. Expertise in behavioral health sciences.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional
Counselor (LPC), or similar credentials. Certified in Healthcare
Compliance (CHC) preferred.
