Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. An immediate opportunity is
available for an interim Pharmacy Manager to support a
well-established medical center in California. This contract role
offers the chance to lead and manage pharmacy operations during a
three-month engagement, starting as soon as possible with a latest
start date in mid-August. The role is critical to maintaining
smooth pharmacy services while the current Clinical Pharmacy
Manager is on leave. Responsibilities: Oversee daily pharmacy
operations ensuring compliance with hospital policies and
regulatory requirements Manage clinical pharmacy services or
operations, adaptable to the facilitys needs Collaborate with
medical staff and other departments to optimize patient care Lead
and support pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and efficient work
environment Ensure inventory control and appropriate medication
management practices Qualifications & Desired Experience: Active
California Pharmacist License Proven background in hospital
pharmacy management, clinical or operational Strong leadership and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with
multidisciplinary teams Versatility and flexibility to assume
clinical or operational management duties as needed Ability to
start promptly and commit to a 3-month contract engagement
Location: Based in Hayward, CA, with responsibilities at a major
medical center in the San Francisco area This contract assignment

Compensation for this position ranges from $72.00 to $87.00.
