Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school district
in Fremont, CA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to
support a diverse student population across multiple schools. This
contract position offers a full-time schedule, Monday through
Friday, with consistent hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, allowing for
a balanced and structured workweek. Key Responsibilities: - Provide
occupational therapy services to approximately 60 students
distributed across five schools within the district. - Conduct
assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to
each student's needs. - Collaborate with educators, parents, and
other professionals to implement effective interventions that
support student success. - Maintain accurate documentation and
monitor progress to adjust therapy plans accordingly. - Participate
in team meetings and contribute to creating an inclusive
educational environment. Qualifications: - Valid Occupational
Therapist license. - Experience working as an Occupational
Therapist in school settings. - Strong understanding of educational
regulations and therapeutic practices relevant to students. -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work
effectively with students, families, and school staff. - Ability to
manage caseloads across multiple locations efficiently. Location:
