qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic opportunity is
available for a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in step-down
care to support a mixed ICU unit in Greenbrae, CA. This contract
role offers the chance to provide advanced nursing care in a 19-bed
unit with a 3:1 patient ratio, serving patients in neuro, medical,
trauma, vascular, and cardiothoracic specialties. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver expert nursing care in a step-down ICU
setting, including management of EVD drains and neuro patient care.
Float between ICU and Post-Medical Care Unit as patient needs
dictate. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure
holistic patient care. Utilize Epic electronic health record
system, demonstrating competency in documentation and patient
management. Qualifications: Current CA RN license. Minimum of two
years RN experience. Recent (within the last year) experience using
Epic required to pass pre-assessment. Neuro experience with
expertise managing EVD drains. Trauma nursing credential (TNCC)
preferred. Strong ability to function in high-acuity mixed ICU
settings; open heart experience not required. Location

Compensation for this position ranges from $26.59 to $50.00.
