Job Description Job Description Associate or Bachelor's degree
in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology
(ARRT), and 1 year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for a skilled Cath Lab Technician
specializing in cardiac catheterization and interventional
radiology procedures. This role offers a dynamic work schedule with
four 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to
5:00 PM, plus weekend call coverage every third weekend. This
position provides a chance to apply and grow your expertise in a
fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: -
Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization
procedures. - Operate and maintain imaging equipment during
catheterization and interventional radiology. - Ensure patient
safety and adherence to sterile techniques during procedures. -
Monitor patient vital signs and provide support during emergency
situations. - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other
healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.
Qualifications and Experience: - Valid California Fluoroscopy
License required. - Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support) certification. - ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists) certification in Radiography (ARRT R) is mandatory.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. - State
licensure as a Cath Lab Technician. - Minimum of 2 years experience
working in a cardiac catheterization lab. - Fluoroscopy permit to
operate imaging equipment confidently and safely. Shift & Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM 5:00
PM). - Weekend call every third weekend (as needed). Location
