This is with a multi-clinic network with full spectrum family medicine practice and Patient Centered Health Home model.At a glance------ Nine clinics at 6 sites (medical, dental and teen).

--- 300 staff, including doctors, dentists, nurses and other clinicians.

DETAILS
Hours:--Monday through Friday/8 to 5
Average patients seen per day:--18
Compensation:--Competitive based on experience
Benefits:--Full benefits package offered including: Medical (80% for provider and 65% for family), dental, vision, life, 403B (will match after 1 year ) PTO (First year-16 days, Second year-21 days, Fourth year-26 days), CME (5 days and up to $1,000), $1,000 towards professional license fees
