This position has a full salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year with eligibility for a quarterly bonus. Starting salary is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, experience and performance.Who We Are:We partner with brands in the natural / organic food and beverage industry to optimize their retail presence in Whole Foods Market, Sprouts and Independent Natural retailers.Your Responsibilities:You will represent a portfolio of up to 50 Organic/Natural Food and Beverage brands such as: Perfect Bar, Vital Farm Eggs, Evolution Fresh Juices.You will work Monday through Friday (starting between 5am-7am) conducting 3 store visits per day and driving over 5,000 miles per year.You will be in charge of building and maintaining a consistent route of weekly store visits to the following Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, Mollie Stone's, and Nugget Market locations in the San Rafael, CA area: Larkspur, Sausalito, Corte Madera, Novato, Mill Valley, Tiburon, and Petaluma. Locations are subject to change based on the needs of the business.You will be responsible for growing brands in your portfolio and maintaining the highest level of retail standards:Build relationships with retail leaders to drive growth for brands during weekly visits.Maintain proper communication strategies with retail partners via email, call, text, or in-person conversations.Utilize data to manage brand development and execution.Report in real-time on brand updates via an application called Go Spot Check.Ensure that products are merchandised to the brands standards.Perform basic shelf maintenance: facing/fronting, tag compliance, and proper signage.Previous sales experience is a bonus!Top Benefits:Quarterly bonus.Comprehensive benefits package including partial company-paid medical insurance and fully company paid dental, vision, life & disability insurance.Three weeks of Paid Time Off per year, paid holidays plus one additional floating holiday.Mileage reimbursement plan.Phone reimbursement or "tech stipend".An exceptional company culture with opportunities for engagement and growth.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
