• Manager We are seeking a skilled and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team at an authentic Latin restaurant with chef-inspired offerings. If you have a love for Latin cuisine, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at leading a team, we want to hear from you!
  
  Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies
  • Train staff on proper service techniques and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and quality control
  • Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop strategies to attract new customers while retaining existing ones Qualifications:
    
    The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager within the hospitality industry, specifically in Latin cuisine. Other qualifications include:
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
    • Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management
