Established non-profit in Marin is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to help manage their busy office and 200+ employee establishment. -

Job Title Responsibilities: -

• Partner with others to understand and execute the organization's human resources needs.
• Assist in handling daily HR functions to support employment lifecycle.
• Assist in Recruit, interview, hire, and develop human resources staff in partnership with HR Team.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Field and respond to general inquiries from employees and people managers.
• Utilize the Human Resource Management System [HRMS] (Paycom) and other technologies to the fullest extent.
• Ensure compliance with program-specific employee documentation requirements.
• Maintain complete and accurate employee files and data.
• Assist in running and providing clear and accurate reports for internal and external purposes.
• Assist in payroll administrator when needed to ensure employees are paid accurately and timely.
• Deliver HR services in a manner that fosters a positive culture aligned with organizational diversity, equity, and inclusive principles.
• Support HR Management with rollout of new initiatives and activities, and various tasks as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned. -
