About the Role
As a member of the technical staff, you will work on our next-generation AI storage system to enable large-scale AI factories. Collaborating with the product architect, you will deliver top-tier features focusing on extreme performance and scalability. You will also work with R&D teams on designing and developing advanced filesystem and storage technologies.
Responsibilities

• Design product components for extreme performance and large-scale systems.
  
• Innovate to differentiate the product in the market.
  
• Design and develop scale-out filesystem, storage, and data services.
  
• Engage with customers to gather, communicate, and resolve requirements.
  
• Tackle complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  
• Lead geographically distributed scrum teams technically.
  
  Minimum Requirements
  
  
• Proven experience in designing and developing filesystem, storage, and networking enterprise software.
  
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, communication and storage protocols, and object-oriented software development.
  
• Deep knowledge of operating systems, including memory management, concurrency, and synchronization.
  
• Hands-on C/C++ development experience in Unix/Linux kernel internals and agile software development.
  
• Experience leading global technical teams.
  
  Preferred Qualifications
  
  
• Storage workload modeling for sizing, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  
• Experience with storage virtualization, data rationalization, workload automation, storage provisioning, disaster recovery, and SAN fabric management.
  
• Experience with distributed file systems, containers, and Kubernetes.
  
• Performance analysis techniques for multi-threaded systems, intellectual property development, industry standards, and publishing white papers.
  
  Compensation
  Dell offers a base salary range of $200,000 to $240,000, committed to fair and equitable pay practices.
