Job Title: Connectivity Specialist Job Location: Sunnyvale CA 94089 Onsite Requirements: Healthcare Industry Experience Customer Service Remote IT Support Job Description: Responsibilities: Ensure that connectivity and informatics solutions help accelerate overall company growth strategies through their effective sales and on time implementation Collaborate with cross functional teams Engage directly with customers and support the team with adoption and installation of connectivity solutions Engages directly with customer IT departments to address technical concerns, ensuring smoother acceptance and integration Qualification: Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related work experience Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone Persistence and resilience in handling objections and rejections professionally Excellent follow-up skills to nurture leads through multiple touchpoints and communication channels CRM proficiency (Salesforce, for tracking interactions, updating lead status, and managing call logs Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize outreach and follow-up activities effectively Comfortable using scripts and adapting messaging based on customer responses and needs Supports remote or on-site installs and troubleshooting 3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
