Job Title: Mammography Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Mammography Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:30 - 17:00) Experience: 2 years required License: Valid State License required Certifications: ARRT BLS California State Mammography Licensure Must-Have: Floating required Description: This position involves working as a Mammography Technologist. The shifts are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. For rotating weekend shifts, the schedule is Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with Monday off. Every other weekend and one Saturday per month are required. Required to float to different locations. Transportation will be provided via a mobile mammography van that travels throughout the region. Certification by the California Department of Health Services as a Certified Radiologic Technologist is mandatory. Education should be from an approved school of Radiologic Technology. Specific charting experience is preferred. Epic experience is preferred. Prior background information is required before submission. If applicable, please disclose any background hits or DUIs. This position requires compliance with all specified documentation and certifications.
