looking for a full-time Store Warehouse Manager to work in
our San Rafael, CA location.
Job Definition :
The Store Warehouse Manager oversees the day-to-day operations
of the warehouse and supervises 2-5 warehouse staff members
ensuring an accurate inventory, expedient movement of merchandise
and a safe and effective team environment. The Store Warehouse
Manager works as part of the store team and helps complete the
customer experience by providing friendly and efficient service to
our customers especially during merchandise pickups. Store
Warehouse Managers are versatile and active professionals who work
across roles, as part of a team in the showroom, office and
warehouse - anywhere their efforts are needed.
Essential Functions: Ensure that productivity targets are
achieved, and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and
Greet our clients and answer our phones in a prompt,
professional and polite manner.
Obtain and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products
(i.e., dimensions and weight, assembly, construction
Understand, adhere to and enforce our company policies and
Transport incoming merchandise to correct areas, stock

Load and unload merchandise into customers’ cars and delivery
trucks avoiding damage.
Accurately read and process invoices, packing slips and bills of

and maximize available space for storage of goods.
Recruit, manage and develop qualified staff and schedule to
support of operations and delegate work appropriately.
Train staff in all aspect of warehouse operations including
loading and unloading methods, movement of merchandise throughout
warehouse and showroom and customer service techniques.
Ensure staff properly trained to safely use tools, i.e.
forklift, pallet jack, hand tools.
Ensure adherence to all safety, security and accident procedures
on premises or operating company vehicles or equipment and report
Schedule and conduct regular safety meetings, staff meetings and
conduct regular goal setting and evaluations communicating
performance expectation to staff.
Exemplify a team approach and be open and honest in
communication and help others when they need assistance.
Assist in daily opening or closing procedures consistent with
policy and procedure.
Train in sales and sales support so you can help where your
efforts are needed.
Assist with building maintenance i.e., repairs, services,
Perform service calls at customer sites to deliver or inspect

Qualifications: Have a valid state issued driver’s license with
CDL preferred but not required.
Able to successfully complete our pre-employment physical, DOT
medical certification, background, DMV/motor vehicle record check,
and drug screenings.
Does not have any major moving violations or at fault accidents
within the last (3) years.
Able to lift a min. of 75 lbs. unassisted on a regular
1-3 years successful work experience, preferably in a warehouse
Good communication skills and can read invoices, use computer
terminals to look up information.
Use a hand truck, understand assemblies, and correctly operate
small power tools.
Obtaining forklift certification is required at some of our
Driver’s must be 18 years or older.
