Janitorial/Custodian/CleanerSAN RAFAELImmediate Start! Schedule:
Monday - Friday.A local Company is looking to add a--Janitor to
their team!The Janitor position is vital to the overall cleanliness
and first impression of the guests. The Janitorial staff is
responsible for cleaning, repairing, and maintaining the interior
and exterior of the building.Janitor Job Highlights:* Ensuring that
entire facility is clean, inside and out.* Bathroom cleaning and
maintenance.* Having a proactive eye for any foreseeable
maintenance issues.* Being a Team Player and accepting new
challenges.* Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according
to standards* Protect equipment and make sure there are no
inadequacies* Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and
disturbances* Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace
when appropriate* Adhere closely to rules regarding health and
safety and be aware of any company-related practicesWhat We Look
for in Janitorial:* Proven experience as a Janitor/Cleaner.*
Ability to lift weight up to 30lbs.* Prioritization and time
management skills* Working quickly without compromising quality*
High school degree* Knowledge of English language* You should have
the ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high
