You just might be the next rock-star sitter to join our elite team!We need sitters with a wide range of available hours for families in San Rafael and throughout Marin county. Daytime availability from 8 am to 6 pm is a plus!Benefits:* Paid orientation and training, including CPR/ First Aid at our cost* A flexible schedule you control* A wide and diverse variety of families and children* App-based tools to manage your availability, scheduling and job assignments* Bi-weekly direct deposit paycheck* Workers Comp and unemployment insurance* Paid sick leave* 401K upon eligibility* All care providers are listed in the California Trustline registry at our expense.* Schedules available for 20-40 hours per week, both weekday and weekend assignments. Most assignments are from 4 to 9 hours long.Requirements:* +1 year child care/ babysitting/ nanny experience, preferably including infant* Flexible approach to scheduling with at least 2-5 full days per week available* At least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED minimum* Reliable transportation options for travel to various family homesResponsibilities:* Contact each family immediately upon being confirmed for care to introduce yourself and discuss their care expectations.* Report on time to each and every assignment.* Provide engaged, child-focused care including active play, reading, arts and crafts and helping the child with their daily routines, for the duration of care.* Tidy up any dishes used for meals and any toys used during your care time.* Leave report for parent explaining how the day went.* Complete time report immediately after each day of care.Compensation range: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour plus retention bonus.Powered by JazzHRRbSy1fE61l
