This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their IT knowledge, learn how business rules are implemented within applications and how things work "under the hood". You will be encouraged to challenge the 'status quo', not only in the areas of SOx business processes and controls but also within our own SOx program.

+ Evaluate the impact of control deficiencies and identify root causes to determine appropriate management actions. Monitor management's remediation efforts to closure, including review of supporting evidence

+ Work closely with operational auditors, business stakeholders and engineering teams to evaluate new business models, systems, databases or changes to business processes. Identify relevant risks, compliance requirements and determine impact on new or existing controls

+ Serve as the Information Technology subject matter expert and point of contact to Internal and External Auditors

+ Participate on initiatives to continuously improve the SOX program and promote efficiencies

+ Work with the Audit & Advisory Data Analytics team to identify opportunities for automation of manual controls

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ 3-5 years' work experience in IT Risk Management, SOX compliance or IT auditing

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or in place of a degree, 10+ years of equivalent work experience

+ Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and resolution skills

+ Ability to effectively communicate with management and provide meaningful insights and recommendations

+ Growth mindset, self-motivated, and a life-long learner

+ Must be eligible to work unrestricted in the US

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, and GIAC are preferred. If you do not hold a CISA certification, you will be encouraged to obtain it within a year from hiring

+ Knowledge of enterprise business applications such as SAP and Business Objects is a plus
