Note: The listed examples do not include all tasks which may be expected within this job description. Employees are expected to perform other duties as assigned.:Contacts a minimum of 20 clients per day on average to confirm upcoming in-office meetings, using all forms of communication primarily telephone, then email and text. :Works with Filemaker "-- -dashboard' to prioritize client contacts, specifically clients who need more attention, are actively marketing and have stopped marketing.:Ensures Growth Management Representatives (GMRs) follow scheduling routes as planned; brings any major deviations to the attention of the Scheduling Manager..:Adds all meetings and pertinent details (including updates and modifications) to assigned GMRs google calendar and client's Filemaker database page accurately and timely. :Ensures GMR calendars are updated with any schedule changes, including, but not limited to vacation time, sick time, etc. :Works independently and with other Clients Services Schedulers as needed, to coordinate travel weeks with multiple GMRs.:Researches air travel, rental cars and hotels for GMRs with cost effectiveness and hotel locality as the primary objective:Makes travel arrangements both independently and through chrisad's travel agent, as needed.:Adds flight reservations to the GMR calendars:Participates and adds value to mandatory weekly meetings with assigned Growth Management Representative(s).:Works with New Business team to provide them with available dates and times for potential new clients for phone and/or office meetings. :Performs general administrative duties as needed particularly creation, compilation and shipping of weekly rep folders.:Fully participates in chrisad's incoming main telephone line roll over/coverage group :Adheres to company policies and procedures. :Adheres to location appearance guidelines.:Acts with a sense of urgency.:Education:High school degree required, college degree preferred. :Experience:Minimum of 2 years customer service experience. Knowledge and experience with flight, hotel and car reservations, knowledge of US and International geography preferred.. :Qualifications:Exceptional customer service skills.:Excellent oral and written communication skills.:Working knowledge of Microsoft /Google office and mapping programs.:Physical and Mental Requirements:Able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation:Pushing/Pulling: Average weight 20lbs occasionally :Lifting/Carrying: Average weight 20lbs occasionally :Standing/Walking: Occasionally :Kneeling/Crawling: Never:Reaching: Constantly :Capable of producing a consistent end-result in a timely manner.:Able to be resilient in stressful situations, adapt easily to change, and handle last minute requests.:Demonstrates ability to understand and effectively implement written and verbal instructions.:Strong team orientation and ability to work with any department to accomplish assigned tasks.:Ability to quickly problem solve and make sensible decisions.:Excellent interpersonal skills and recognition by others as a respected member of the team.:Must possess excellent attention to detail, a high level of organization, and the ability to multi-task, follow through and re-prioritize to meet deadlines on multiple projects.:Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.:Maintains regular attendance, is consistently on time and complies with all chrisad standards.:Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs.:
