Job Description:
Casa Allegra Community Services (CACS) works to make a

developmental disabilities, one person at a time, through an array
of individually designed services and supports around community
living, daytime activities, and employment opportunities.About

student studying healthcare or social service.HOURS:Agreement with
client usually between Sunday thru Thursday 10:00pm to 6:00amIn
addition to being a housemate, working hours Monday - Friday
6:00am-8:30am(could be through clients IHSS)The job
responsibilities include:---Helping prepare breakfast and
assistance getting ready for the day---Collaborating with other
supported living and day-program staff---Being a fun roommate,
including occasional games, conversations, meals, and anything else

trainingRequirementsRequirements General Qualifications: Passionate
about helping othersAbility to work independently and as part of a
dedicated team of direct support professionalsExperience in
supported living preferred (professionally or personally)Experience
with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is
helpfulValid CA driver's license, clean driving record, vehicle in
good working order, current auto insuranceAbility to communicate
well in English, both written and verballyCurrent CPR and First Aid
certifications or be able to acquire itClean criminal
recordCovid-19 VaccinationKNOWLEDGEPsychology - Knowledge of human
behavior and performance; individual differences in ability,
personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological
research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral
and affective disorders.Health & Safety -Knowledge of relevant
