(licensed, $5k pre-licensed)Under the supervision of the Clinical Director or Director of Young Adult Services, the Primary Therapist conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and facilitates individual, family, and group therapies.Facilitates two therapy sessions per week per assigned client (individual, couples and/or family).Facilitates process-oriented and experiential group therapies asCompletes risk assessment and initial safety plan uponCompletes biopsychosocial assessment within 72 hours ofCompletes treatment plan within 5 days ofFacilitates weekly family support group via videoConducts crisis assessments and provides intervention/management asCoordinates self-administered assessments and/or neuropsychological testing integrating results in treatment planning.Timely completion of documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress and group notes, discharge summary) according to established standards.Coordinates treatment goals and services in collaboration with the treatmentAttends weekly treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinicalParticipates in clinical on-call rotationMaintains clear boundaries with residents and staff.
