Job Description:

FocusKPI is looking for anHR Operations Specialist (Korean & English fluency)to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.

Work Location:Mountain View, CA
Duration:12 month contract; hybrid role (on-site 3 days a week)
Pay Range:$30/hr to $38/hr

Responsibilities:

• Operate the HR process for all dispatchers
• Provide support for the new dispatcher's settlements
• Review and Maintenance of Guideline Documents
• Compile periodic analysis reports related to HR data
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Respond to miscellaneous requests from the teams
• Manage office events and assist in event planning/organization, for example, all-hands meeting, happy hours, team building eventsQualifications:
  • U.S.College degree required(BA is preferred)
  • Fluency in English and Korean isrequired
  • HR Experiences in the tech companies, 3+ years preferred
  • Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required, statistical skills in using Excel are preferred
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information
