Job Description:
ACT-1 Legal Solutions is immediately seeking a skilled worker's comp attorney for one of its client's Northern California offices. Ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience in California Workers' Compensation Law. However, the client will also consider attorneys with 3-5 years defense experience in other areas of law who are interested in transferring into this field. A willingness to assume immediate case responsibility will be the keys to success in this growing, stable, family-oriented law firm. Medical benefits included after 90 days, profit sharing and 401k plan, vacation and sick leave. Car allowance, vehicle insurance and fuel paid.
