Position Overview

Your role will be to lead the design and delivery of products, tools and processes that help marry our sales teams with insight derived from our data. This role is a unique opportunity to maximize the success of our sales teams through data, automation and insight. You will focus on developing innovative and practical solutions to help solve.

It requires the candidate to focus on the development of future state business process capabilities and to drive the elimination of redundancies, optimize efficiencies, lower costs, and streamline the delivery to our sales teams.

You will play an integral role in the business planning stages of project and program development. The role involves identification of the current program and policy effectiveness and creating the future state best practices; you will asked to drive and influence change.


Responsiblities

    Minimum Qualifications



    • 5 years of experience working in a product development or sales operations position(s). Candidates who also have previous sales experience preferred

    • BS / BA /Master's Degree in a related field (Business, Sales/Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Product Development, etc.)

    • Strong Salesforce.com (SFDC) skills (certifications preferred)

    • Business Process Management Certification desirable

    • Advanced Visio, Excel and PowerPoint skills

    • Previous experience in a process improvement role where you were responsible for analyzing complex processes, and representing them in a simple way, recommending, designing and implementing process improvements

    • Business Needs Analysis Experience

    • Superior communication skills; able to clearly communicate and present findings and recommendations to team members all the way through senior management world wide

        • An effective communicator, you understand that influencing requires winning both hearts and minds

        • You also have experience working at all levels of the company
