Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is looking for a motivated Account Executive to
join our Fintech Sales team. The ideal candidate will drive growth
by developing meaningful relationships with clients and leveraging
our advanced payment solutions. You'll focus on identifying client
needs, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining an extensive
knowledge of market trends and competitor activities. This role
requires strategic thinking, a proactive attitude, and a strong
sales acumen. Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key
clients. Identify client needs and market opportunities to propose
appropriate solutions. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to
maximize profits. Stay current with industry trends to inform
strategic decisions. Collaborate with sales team to achieve
quarterly and annual sales targets. Prepare regular reports on
account status and sales progress. Coordinate with internal teams,
including support, service, and management, to enhance client
service and satisfaction. Proven ability to manage multiple account
projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with
CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales
Professional (CSP) Any relevant financial industry
certifications.
